I recently contacted Alfonza’s website for help with removing three trees in a tight space. I was impressed with the prompt response from Alfonza’s office, which called me back within hours to confirm job details. The next day, Alfonza himself called to schedule an estimate for the work. His expertise and honesty were apparent as he made recommendations based on his experience in our neighborhood. We were able to schedule the job just three days later. The climber who arrived first was truly impressive. Watching him analyze and dismantle our tall pines was fascinating. He worked methodically and accurately. The rest of the crew were equally friendly and respectful. They confirmed the placement of sprinkler heads and the location for heavier equipment. They were an overall pleasure to work with. Alfonza arrived on-site and worked with the crew to grind up all of the root balls. He also discussed any last-minute thoughts we had on the service we requested. I have a lot of respect for the owner coming to the job and working with his crew instead of just supervising. Alfonza has a great working relationship with everyone on the crew, and it’s evident when you watch them work and discuss the project that there’s a level of mutual respect. I will definitely call on Alfonza and his team again if I have any further tree-trimming service needs.

The gentlemen that worked putting down the mulch were very respectful, hardworking and did and excellent job for us! They were careful not to cover my many flowers and plants. I really appreciate their being careful! I am very pleased and highly recommend them!
